Traveling To Puerto Jimenez
Traveling to Puerto Jimenez is easy! We have flights from two different airlines that depart San Jose, Costa Rica, and arrive in Puerto Jimenez 40 minutes later. Flights start around 6 am and in the high season run well into the late afternoon.
For those who prefer to see some of the country side, there are private "tourismo" vans, public bussing that is not uncomfortable, shuttles and of course rental cars.
Once in Puerto Jimenez, traveling is a breeze. Everything is within a few minute drive and taxis are
readily available to take you anywhere. For those who
prefer their own wheels, rental cars are
another option.
Sansa Air offers flights to and from many locations throughout Costa Rica. Their San Jose airport is located right next door to the San Jose international Airport.
Nature Air departs from yet another part of San Jose and may be the better option if you spend any time in San Jose before or after your stay in Quepos.
